This 8-day immersion, perfect for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike, will allow you to
spend time in the mountains of Portugal and leave the stresses of your daily life behind while
exploring and enhancing your practice in one of the most magical and breathtaking locales in
the world!

• Nature walks and hikes around D’Alijo’s beautiful property consisting of terraces,

• Pick ups and drop offs from the Porto International Airport. Please discuss suggested
arrival/departure times and travel logistics with Rachel before booking flights. A car or
bus will be arranged for groups as they arrive based on flight arrival times. Should you
miss your bus for any reason, another car will have to be arranged, and you would be
responsible for the extra charge. ***Flying into Porto (OPO) is the most convenient and
preferred option. Another option is flying into Lisbon (LIS) and taking a train to Porto
(Campanha Train Station)
