Return to Wholeness is a week-long Yin & Mindfulness retreat dedicated to deep rest, inner listening, and reconnection.
In daily life we are constantly pulled outward — by demands, expectations, and the inner pressure to do more or be different. This retreat offers a step back from that pace. A space where nothing needs to be fixed, achieved, or improved.
Through yin yoga, mindfulness meditation, restorative movement, breathwork, and stillness, we create the conditions for the nervous system to settle, the body to release tension, and the mind to find more clarity and ease.
The rhythm of the retreat is intentionally slow and supportive. Each day begins in silence, from waking until the end of the late-morning practice, allowing you to arrive gently and listen inwardly before engaging with the day. Midway through the week, we deepen this experience with two full days of noble silence, where silence itself becomes a teacher — revealing what often remains unheard beneath words.
Alongside the physical practices, Esther shares simple, grounded reflections on mindfulness and how to bring presence and awareness into everyday life. There may be moments of gentle yang movement to support balance and circulation, but the heart of the retreat remains yin, stillness, and rest.
This retreat is not just a pause from daily life.
It is an invitation to remember your deeper rhythm — and return to yourself.
