A Week in Portugal awaits
Come for a week in the beautiful D’alijo Retreat Center in sunny Portugal, surrounded by wonderful women and me as your guide.

What to expect during the retreat
During this retreat, you’ll enjoy inspiring body-strengthening sessions, soothing meditation and yoga nidra, and activities designed to relax and recharge you. This will be a week you’ll never forget!
Retreat Highlights
Tailored yoga and exercises
Enjoy sessions designed to relax your nervous system and build strength and stability, which are essential for this stage of life. We’ll also incorporate exercises using resistance bands, so please bring one similar to this one.
Cooking for hormonal health
During the retreat, the D’alijo team will prepare meals designed to support your hormonal health, allowing you to experience the benefits firsthand. You’ll also learn how to continue this at home with some recipes and knowledge about the best foods to eat during this phase to help you feel your best.

We will make time to share and connect, allowing us to learn from and support each other as we process our experiences together. Spots are limited to just 24 participants, so don’t wait!
Continued support after the retreat
To give you extra support and help you continue this journey when you return home, there’ll also be an online session with a menopause expert (plus a chance to book a private session separately).
Daily Schedule
08:00 – 09:00: Meditation and Pranayama
09:00 – 11:00: Breakfast and break (in silence)
11:00 – 13:00: Yoga practice
13:00 – 17:00: Lunch and free time
17:00 – 19:00: Talks, Awareness practices, Yin and/or Restorative yoga leading into Yoga Nidra
19:00 – 20:00: Dinner and free time
Note: Mornings are spent in silence until the yoga practice at 11:00 to allow for deeper restoration of body and mind.
