with Claire Leigh Yoga

 

Join Claire Leigh for a five-night retreat in Portugal at D’Alijo Retreat Centre.

Mountain Lodge Retreat with yoga practice in the Green Tara Shala, which is positioned on the highest peak of D’Alijo grounds, just above the Mountain Lodges. The Shala has magnificent views over mountains and valleys and it has everything you need; mats, blocks, cushions, blankets and straps. Practice twice daily with the morning session being more energetic and the evening more subtle/slow/yin-like.

This retreat is an opportunity to live the tantrik view and learn more about tantrik philosophy through somatic practices to awaken the felt-sense of the teachings.

What you offer:

Help and collaborate with
the kitchen & restaurant staff.

Help, prepare, and serve meals.

Tidy restaurant and toilets before and after mealtimes.

At least one month in the period May – September.

Language

English fluently, Portuguese, French or Spanish on the side is very helpful.

What you get:

Days off per week

Explore gorgeous landscapes, walking trails, river, natural pool and impressing rock formations. You can use our swimming pool and our gym.

Safari tent

You will have a bed in our Glamping Safari tent and share that tent with the other volunteer. Housekeeping, bedlinen, and towels will be provided by D’Alijo.

Meals

You are entitled to a free breakfast, lunch and dinner, every day of your stay.

Free laundry

You can use our laundry room freely.

Transfers to & from D’Alijo

Free transfer from the airport in Porto or train station.
