Once we have learned to cultivate body intelligence – understanding why and how to safely and effectively practice functional yin yoga – we can begin to explore the deeper, more subtle layers of our internal landscape.
In this training we will study the various inner methods complimented by our yin yoga practice – including Buddhist philosophy, Mindfulness, yin and yang approaches to meditation and how to incorporate creative visualization techniques – designed to enhance Qi flow, regulate the nervous system, train the mind and cultivate self-awareness.
Due to the sensitive nature of this inner work, we will learn how to practice and teach these techniques functionally, ensuring the techniques remain individualized, accessible and safe for all students.
Graduates will leave with the knowledge and skill to support themselves – as well as their students – in exploring the practice of yoga, beyond asana.
To ensure a more personal and individualised experience, this training is limited to 20 spaces only.
This Yoga Alliance accredited program has been carefully designed for us be able to disconnect from our day-to-day lives, so we can immerse ourselves fully in practice and study.
