Roisin Hope is excited to invite you to a brand-new retreat experience, exploring physical practice on a much deeper level. Through daily classes of power, rocket & workshops she will teach you how to fly into arm balances, inversions and build strength in ways you never imagined.

 

You do not have to be able to invert or arm balance before coming, but arrive willing to try. This retreat is for those who have a power or rocket practice with Roisin already and if you haven’t start now to prepare yourself!

Get ready for the perfect getaway! Spend the months leading up to July with her on the mat, getting yourself mentally and physically prepared for this 4-night retreat.

You will go on a guided hike and enjoy an amazing afternoon on a traditional Rabelo boat along the Douro River, surrounded by the beautiful valley.

Language

English fluently, Portuguese, French or Spanish on the side is very helpful.

What you get:

Days off per week

Explore gorgeous landscapes, walking trails, river, natural pool and impressing rock formations. You can use our swimming pool and our gym.

Safari tent

You will have a bed in our Glamping Safari tent and share that tent with the other volunteer. Housekeeping, bedlinen, and towels will be provided by D’Alijo.

Meals

You are entitled to a free breakfast, lunch and dinner, every day of your stay.

Free laundry

You can use our laundry room freely.

Transfers to & from D’Alijo

Free transfer from the airport in Porto or train station.
