
Each day begins with grounding practices, including meditation, pranayama, and yoga, setting a mindful tone for what’s to come. Breakfast and lunch follow, alongside plenty of free time for relaxation, self-reflection, or an optional private session. Later in the afternoon, we offer semi-private transformative breathwork ending with a yin yoga session to unwind and reconnect. The shared dinner offers the chance to connect with others, exchanging stories and reflections from the day. Evenings are reserved for community time, whether you join a ‘community rest’ class, chant mantras, dance, or simply relax with board games—bringing each day to a joyful and fulfilling close.
