105F Hot Yoga & Hot Pilates Retreat

Your 2027 105F Portugal adventure of a lifetime awaits!  Join Kiley Enmark and Kelsey Jacobson from August 21-28, 2027 at dreamy D’Alijo Retreat Center for 8 days of hot yoga, hot pilates, meditation, nature, delicious vegetarian/vegan cuisine, connection, culture, exploration, friendship, and tons of fun!

Retreat package pricing starts at $2499 and includes the following:

  • Eight days and seven nights in luxury accommodations at D’Alijo Retreat Center.

  • Three gourmet vegan/vegetarian meals per day (light breakfast, lunch, and dinner) prepared by D’Alijo’s exquisite chefs (special dietary needs can be accommodated).

  • Pick up and drop off from the Porto International Airport (OPO).

  • Multiple opportunities each day to practice 26+2 Original Hot Yoga, Inferno Hot Pilates, Vinyasa, and Yin in D’Alijo’s beautiful yoga studio which overlooks gorgeous mountain landscapes.

  • Experience “yogic sleep” which combines alert awareness and deepest relaxation with Yoga Nidra meditation.

  • Several outdoor sunrise stretch sessions — the perfect way to wake up your body and your mind in Portugal!

  • Individualized instruction including a 26+2 posture clinic/workshop to improve alignment and balance to push your practice forward.

  • Onsite massage and healing services by D’Alijo’s in-house therapists, including Balinese Massage, Traditional Thai Wat Po Pressure Point Therapy, Cranio-Sacral Therapy, Reiki, Pranic Healing, and more (extra fee).

  • Wine tasting, tour, and lunch at one of Douro Valley’s top wineries followed by a traditional Rabelo boat ride (extra fee).

  • Optional day trips to nearby UNESCO heritage villages and cities may include Porto, Guimarães, and Braga (extra fee).

  • An evening of live traditional Portuguese Fado music!

  • Nature walks and hikes around D’Alijo’s beautiful property consisting of terraces, waterfalls, a peaceful meditation cave, and rolling hills with large rock formations.

What you get:

Days off per week

Explore gorgeous landscapes, walking trails, river, natural pool and impressing rock formations. You can use our swimming pool and our gym.

Safari tent

You will have a bed in our Glamping Safari tent and share that tent with the other volunteer. Housekeeping, bedlinen, and towels will be provided by D’Alijo.

Meals

You are entitled to a free breakfast, lunch and dinner, every day of your stay.

Free laundry

You can use our laundry room freely.

Transfers to & from D’Alijo

Free transfer from the airport in Porto or train station.
