Retreating in nature, practicing yoga daily and eating nutritious food for 7 days can only leave you feeling rested and recovered from this crazy world (which let’s face it, we all need a break from!) and hopefully by the end of the retreat you will feel ready and rejuvenated to go back to your life with a renewed sense of health, balance and peace.
Daily Yoga Schedule: There will be 2 hot yoga classes a day. Each day we will practice a 26&2 class and another DCHY style class. Classes will vary in length between 60 – 90 minutes.
There will also be an optional early morning practice, we can decide what’s early! The early morning practice will consist of yoga, breath work & meditation. Fiona will also lead 1 afternoon yoga workshop. All yoga is optional so please know that you only have to do as much or as little as feels right for you. This is your retreat!
