Retreat yourself with flow, face yoga, yin and nidra with Anna & Debbie
This is a time for you. To retrieve yourself and take you out of your day-to-day life. We’ll start our mornings with a vinyasa flow.
To recharge and to reflect. In the afternoons we’ll have a YIN, MEDITATION or NIDRA practice..to be really taken care of.
On top of that, we’ll have time to explore the principles of FACE YOGA and we’ll deepen your experience with 3 workshops.
We have room for 9 people and would love to practice together at D’alijo with YOU.
