This retreat is for lovers of the Bikram original hot yoga 26&2 series. You’ll have the opportunity to dive into your practice through 1–2 daily classes alongside complementary classes such as Yin, the e84 Intermediate class, the 26&2 Hybrid class and posture clinics. At the same time, everything is optional, allowing you to either fully immerse in the rhythm of daily practice or take a slower, more relaxed approach that suits your pace. Beginners to hot yoga are welcome!

This 40hr yoga immersion will include asana, meditation and daily discussions, with a focus on Taoist philosophy and the art of self-inquiry.
