Meret and Mikel will guide you through some powerful yoga sessions. Meret’s dynamic, vigorous Vinyasa flow classes alternate with Mikel’s soothing yin classes. Through the daily yoga practice and the healthy rich nourishment your body will feel strong and light & your mind calm and present.
You will wake up in the morning in the midst of nature’s wonders of rocks, olive trees and waterfalls and kickstart your day with a 1.5-hr- yoga session, followed by a fresh and healthy brunch.
During the day you can relax at the pool, enjoy a massage, take a cooking class with Mikel, use the beautiful walking trails and venture off to the bordering national park to take in its enchanting waterfalls and towering trees. If you miss city life, you can explore some of the nearby UNESCO heritage villages and cities such as Porto, Guimaraes and Braga.
A 1.5-hr-yoga session and freshly prepared meal will wait for you in the evening to finish your day the way you want it. You will be able to connect with others or indulge in solitude.
